3. Sales and Promotions
Unless otherwise stated, all promotional offers, vouchers, discounts, and deals cannot be combined. Only one offer per visit or booking is applicable.
Offers, discounts, and promotional vouchers remain subject to the restaurant’s manager’s discretion.
Promotions and offers are time-sensitive and subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue, extend, or amend promotions without prior notice.
4. Marketing and Communications
Upon making a reservation, enquiry, purchase, or opting into our communications, you consent to receiving promotional content via email, SMS or other methods.
We will send marketing communications pertaining solely to our services, offers, special events, or information deemed relevant and beneficial to customers.

9. Cancellations and No-Shows Policy
The restaurant requires prior notice for cancellations or changes in reservations, particularly for groups of more than four guests.
Deposits (where applicable) may not be refundable in instances of late cancellation or no-shows, at manager’s discretion.
10. Liability and Customer Conduct
Happy Lamb Hot Pot explicitly is not responsible for personal property damage, loss, injury or harm sustained by customers or visitors unless caused by negligence from our staff.
Patrons are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards our staff, other guests, and restaurant property. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the refusal of service and requests to depart immediately.
11. Intellectual Property and Website Use
All content on the Happy Lamb website, including images, copy, logos, trademarks, marketing material, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Happy Lamb Hot Pot or licensed partners.
